If something isn't right, returning your item is simple and straightforward.

  • Returns

    • You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery
    • Items must be in original condition and packaging
    • Used, damaged or modified items cannot be returned

  • Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • This usually takes 3-5 working days

    2. We'll send you return instructions
    3. Pack the item securely and send it back
